Cancellation Window
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the scheduled time. Your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, and the full fee still applies. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.
No Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled in advance, the full service fee 100% will be charged.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once free of charge if you give 48+ hours’ notice. Appointments within 24 hours can be arranged, subject to availability, for an additional fee of £10. Reschedules requested within 48 hours are treated as a late cancellation.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule, contact us at reignite.contact@gmail.com or for a faster response WhatsApp us on 07353095702. The time of your message or online request will be used to determine the applicable fee.
Changes or Cancellations by us
In rare cases we may need to cancel or move your appointment. If so, you can reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund of any amounts paid for that session.

Cancellation policy
Appointment Deposit/Booking Fee Policy:
To secure your appointment, a booking fee of 25% is required at the time of booking and will be deducted from your total treatment cost.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
Deposit/Booking fee can be transferred to a new appointment or refunded if 48 hours' notice is given. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend, may result in the loss of your booking fee/deposit.
Agreement:
By booking an appointment, you agree to this Deposit/Booking Fee Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

Block Bookings must be payed for in full on or by the first appointment to benefit from the discount.

Missed appointments will be treated at a regular appointment and be considered a completed appointment.

Gift Vouchers & Packages
Gift Vouchers
We offer Both Physical and Digital Gift Vouchers at Reignite.

Validity Period - All gift vouchers are valid for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase. After this date, any unused balance will expire and cannot be redeemed.

Redemption - Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption. Vouchers may only be used for purchases of goods or services offered by the business and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Non-Refundable - Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.

Partial Use - If the full value of the voucher is not used in a single transaction, any remaining balance must be used before the expiry date. No cash change will be given.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers - Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

Transferability - Gift vouchers are transferable and may be used by any holder unless otherwise specified.

Booking & Availability - Where vouchers are used for services requiring booking, advance reservation is recommended and subject to availability.

Price Differences - If the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid by the customer using an accepted payment method.

Promotions & Discounts - Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated.

Right to Amend - The business reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Payment & Refunds
Payments
At Reignite we accept Cash, Card (Credit & Debit), Bacs and Contactless Payments including Apple Pay & Google Pay.
Illness & Emergencies (Fairness clause)
We know emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 48 hours due to sudden illness or unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may waive or credit fees once per client per year with reasonable evidence.
Third-party bookings
If you booked through a third-party platform, their terms may also apply. Where terms conflict, the stricter policy will apply to late cancellations and no-shows.
