Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy.

1) Cancellation window

Free Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment start time at no charge.

Late Cancellations

Late cancellations (within 48 hours): Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment are charged 50% of the service fee.

Late Cancellations

Late cancellations (within 24 hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are charged 100% of the service fee.

Appointment Time

The “appointment start time” is the time confirmed in your booking confirmation. Please make sure you arrive 5 Minutes before your appointment time to ensure Full length of treatment can be provided. Arrival after appointment time may lead to Shorter treatment time.

2) No Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled in advance, the full service fee 100% will be charged.

3) Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule once free of charge if you give 48+ hours’ notice.

  • Reschedules requested within 48 hours are treated as a late cancellation (see above).

4) Late arrival

  • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the scheduled time. Your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client, and the full fee still applies. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a no-show.

5) How to cancel or reschedule​

  • Please cancel or reschedule, contact us at reignite.contact@gmail.com or for a faster response WhatsApp us on the numbers below. The time of your message or online request will be used to determine the applicable fee.

6) Deposits, gift cards & packages​​

  • Deposits: Any deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours or do not attend.

  • Prepaid packages / gift cards: Late-cancellation or no-show fees may be deducted from your balance or void the session.

7) Payment & refunds​​

  • Late-cancellation and no-show fees may be charged to the card on file or invoiced.

  • If a refund is due, we aim to process it to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

8) Illness & emergencies (fairness clause)

  • We know emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within 48 hours due to sudden illness or unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. At our discretion, we may waive or credit fees once per client per year with reasonable evidence.

9) Changes or cancellations by us​

  • In rare cases we may need to cancel or move your appointment. If so, you can reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund of any amounts paid for that session.

10) Third-party bookings​

  • If you booked through a third-party platform, their terms may also apply. Where terms conflict, the stricter policy will apply to late cancellations and no-shows.

11) Agreement​

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
